Small but new hotel

The triple room was all right in terms of size.

There were no towels ready. They only issue one card key per room which is inconvenient if there are three of you in the family room and you need the card key for elevator access. The basement parking space is also tiny.

Would stay there again!

The breakfast buffet was not what we expecting for a small boutique hotel it was very homey and exceptional. We have stayed at many high end hotels and the breakfast we received was so much better than so many others. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful at all time.

The rooms need a little sound proofing from outside noise from the hallway and the road outside.

The hotel is a good place to stay, and you will love their food,although their are just some areas that are room for imp

The property’s location is good and it is really true that they have a very good breakfast! Most of the staff are responsive, especially the ones in the restaurant and the one who attends on the floor. There is also a massage spa adjacent to the hotel.

The rooms were OK, it is not noisy or anything but it is not the same as all the pictures suggested. It would have been better if it comes with a refrigerator to match the price. One thing that stood out was that, the bathroom smells. I think they need to check the cleanliness of the drainage. We also booked a van at the front desk but there was no proper endorsement, ended up that we have not been booked but good thing the person on duty assisted us properly with Grab.

Very Good

The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast provided.

It was quite noisy with traffic since it’s on a main road. Our driver said the traffic in that area is always heavy. The bathroom was a bit grimy looking and water pressure wasn’t great.

Wir waren nicht vom Hotel überzeugt und sind nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hotel ausgewichen.

Wir hatten leider eine ziemlich große Kakerlake im Zimmer. Das Fenster war vergittert und hat keine ordentliche Aussicht geboten. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Hotel-Team hat sich nicht mehr zu einer Rückerstattung gemeldet, weder bei uns noch beim Booking.com Beschwerdeteam.

I would recomend the hotel, in fact I will be booking there again in the future.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Very clean and spacious room. Aircon was good and not loud. The resturant at the hotel is also very good. guests are welome. It was only approximately 180 pesos for a grab to Ayala Mall.

The location is okay. But they shut off the nearby streets for a fiesta when I was there and no cars or taxi's could make it through. It was only a few minutes walk however.

Great hotel!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late at night but had no problem with checking in. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well. We only spent one night in Cebu City and for that this hotel was an excellent choice.

Very nice room, spacious, and ideal location

Spacious room. I love the mirror in the bathroom too

During rush hours, you can hear cars honking. The good thing is it won't interrupt your sleep because loud honking only occurs during the rush hour
